To request one, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a brief note about what wasn't right. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Since our guides are delivered as digital downloads, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith — but our goal is always to make this easy.
